Crocker Design Group is hiring and we are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a key position in our organization that will help support our team as we work to support our clients’ growing needs. This position will report to our Office Manager and typical responsibilities include managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our business, assisting with our timesheet and billing systems, assisting our Engineers and Surveyors with preparing letters, reports, submittals, meeting minutes, monitor and order office supplies, scheduling, run office errands, manage company social media accounts, assist with marketing efforts, and have an interest in taking on special projects to assist our team. Ideal candidates would have prior experience working in a consulting firm or similar environment. We look forward to hearing from you!
Job Type: Part-time (3-4 days/week) – with potential to grow into a full-time position.
Pay Scale: $18- $30 per hour depending on experience.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM til 5PM. Our preference is this part time position will have a set schedule including days and times so our team can plan the work accordingly.
