Sales Associates are responsible for prospecting, for finding solutions to customers' finance and vehicle needs, and for providing 5 Star customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets and assists new customers that enter the dealership lot or online
• Determines the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
• Effectively closes automotive sales
• Ensures the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Fielding phone and email leads
• Greet and assist new customers that enter the dealership lot or online

Qualifications :

• Previous sales experience a plus (any industry)
• Valid driver's license in state of employment with a good driving record
