**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff, cashiers- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for guest interactions

- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house

- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service

- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations in a restaurant setting

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Understanding of culinary practices is a plus
