- Primarily an in-office position with working hours from Monday- Thursday (9AM to 5pm) and Friday (8:30AM- 4pm). However, we value work-life balance and are open to flexible schedules that include working from home once we are familiar with your work style and abilities.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be a key player in delivering a superior experience for our customers that extends beyond the initial insurance purchase. The CSR will assist in both service-related and sales-related tasks, developing long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring our service matches our commitment to excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming calls
- Handle rate change reviews
- Address claims concerns and questions
- Assist with billing inquiries and policy transactions
- Manage our Personal Insurance Review program
- Assist with quoting personal lines insurance, preparing quotes for the sales team
- Build relationships with referral partners (mortgage lenders, real estate agents, etc.)
