We're looking for a positive, motivated candidate to join our Service Team as a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) .
We don't just sell. We provide a service post closing that allows our customers to become apart of our agency community.
We are masters at learning and adapting with the market. Each Service Team member is consistent and creative in how to best serve our clients. Selling is important, but that doesn't come without building relationships, educating and adding value, and ensuring our clients are appropriately protected. Service Related
- Rate Changes
- Claims issues & questions
- Assist with incoming phone calls
- Help with billing issues and policy transactions
- Manage our Personal Insurance Review program
- Other items to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Assist team with quoting personal lines insurance
- Cross-sell while assisting current customers
- Follow up with customers to complete post-sale process
- Build relationships with referral partners (mortgage lenders, real estate agents, etc.)
- Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
- Follow-up consistently and promptly
- Compelling, clear communication
- Prioritize and remain adaptable
- Work efficiently

- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred, but not required
- Property and casualty insurance licenses within 30 days of hiring offer
- Life license within 90 days from original hire date
- A candidate does not officially start until they are licensed
