Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

• The administrative assistant will answer phones
• Conduct administrative and project support
• The Administrative Assistant will direct incoming phone calls
• Answering emails and general inquiries
• Greeting visitors
• The Administrative Assistant maintains organization's database

Preferred Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

• Associate's degree or 2 years applicable experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Great attention to detail
