Overview of the Accounts Payable Assistant / Admin position:

• Manages the AP email and vendor requests including printing and organizing invoices for processing
• Codes and enters invoices and check requests according to standard process
• Matches invoices to AP report and verifies vendor/invoice information prior to check run
• Processes check requests and expense reports
• Responds to vendor inquiries, reconciles statements, and researches/corrects discrepancies
• Prints accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
• Assist in Accounts Receivable, as needed - accurately record customer payments and reconcile accounts

Preferred Qualification for the Accounts Payable Assistant / Admin:

• Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with a customer service mindset
• 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Skilled with Excel functions
