• Acquisitions: assisting with project or portfolio underwriting, PSA negotiation, due diligence and execution

• Fund Formation & Administration: collaboratingwith legal and financial advisors on the initial set-up, ongoing compliance,and administration of the firm’s first and subsequent funds

• Capital: assistingwith raising debt and equity funding, negotiate loan terms, review loan andinvestor documents, prepare lender and investor decks, and investor reportingand relations

• Finance: forecasting,budgeting, tax strategy, accounting, A/P, payroll, insurance, regulatorycompliance, risk mitigation, cash and credit management, internal controls

• Analytics: recommendingand implementing data-driven business intelligence tools, platforms, andprocesses to maintain a competitive edge

• Legal: workingwith outside legal and financial advisors regarding contracts, employment,permitting and licensing, investor and lender documents, regulatory compliance,tax law, etc.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of operationaloversight for a private equity fund, REIT, or other fund-driven platform as aController, CFO or equivalent with full P&L responsibility

• 5 years of experiencescaling, leading and managing a rapidly growing organization

• Proficiency in using Excel and CRE-specific platforms, accounting, and reporting software

• Bachelor's degree, and preferably a master's degree in real estate development, engineering, economics, accounting, finance, business or a related field
