- Use hand and electrical tools to make minor repairs to equipment and utilities.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing.
- General upkeep of building to include painting, caulking holes in walls, cleaning spills, etc.
- Assist the Parts Department with local delivery/picking up parts.
- Check control panels and electrical wire to identify issues and make minor repairs.
- Notify management of major repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Address potential safety hazards in workspaces to avoid injury.
- Keep maintenance and cleaning supplies in stock.
- Tend the grounds to ensure they are maintained and clean.
- Park/Arrange customer vehicles/equipment.
- Pressure Wash customer vehicles/equipment.
- Daily empty trash bins around the facility.
- Daily general upkeep to include, but not limited to, cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, sanitizing high-traffic areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Able to lift regularly lift 25 pounds.
- Able to provide basic maintenance, building repairs and janitorial duties.
- Excellent customer service.
- Able to operate basic cleaning equipment.
