CraneTech is Hiring a New Business Development Representative Near Auburn, WA

Job DescriptionResponsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. This role includes a $50-$70K base pay plus 100% of base pay annually as uncapped target commission, paid monthly
Primary activities include prospecting, relationship building, and preparation of sales offers for service agreement and inspection opportunities. Identify the assets and required data for agreement creation. Refer opportunities for other products to other sales resources.
  • New Agreement Business Development: A list of target accounts will be developed by the representative to make visits/calls in pursuit of new agreement business. A completion objective will be determined at the onset of the listing and monthly progress reporting will be required and all visits logged into CRM to meet monthly targets.
  • CRM Funnel Management: Sales opportunities will be managed in the CRM and maintained daily. All record of visits, calls, meetings, quotations must be visible in CRM and discussed in weekly Sales meetings.
  • Expectations to meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM pipeline.
  • Assist in other customer relations efforts. It may be required to support in other customer relationship management.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in industrial related sales preferred however equivalent education, experience and training will be considered. Must have demonstrated leadership experience, a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles. Experience meeting monthly minimum sales quotas and CRM funnel size. Prior experience with cranes or industrials is a plus.
Other Requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills. Good PC skills.
