**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to sales and our clients.

**Duties:**

- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, or through email

- Process orders and enter into production

- Follow production on jobs in process and provide accurate information to sales and customers

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Skills:**

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
