Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads, nurture customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Process customer orders, including order entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products to current clients.
• Maintain customer records and update information in our CRM system.
• Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in inside sales or retail sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
