The Hire Solution has partnered with a local Dallas food manufacturing company to hire a Business Manager. The Business Manager must be bilingual in Spanish. This is an exciting opportunity for any bilingual Spanish candidate that wishes to have a job that will be different almost every day. Compensation from $55,000 - $65,000! Primary duties for the Business Manager will include:

• Obtains equipment, services, and contracted services by locating vendors; defining specifications; negotiating agreements.
• Organize and execute special projects at request of President, Production Manager and Controller.
• Manage vendor relations including those with regulatory agencies, external CPA firm, banks, attorney's, etc.
• Manage important external communication, activities and deadlines on behalf of President.
• Help foster process improvement initiatives, and safe workplace imperatives.
• Manage equipment readiness, maintenance and repair as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Bilingual Spanish (speak, read, write)
• 4 years experience as a Business Manager, Production Manager, Purchasing Manager or related job
• Demonstrable skills and/or exposure to manufacturing operations, production support, basic accounting, purchasing, supply management, vendor relationships, etc.
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to interact with external clients, vendors and professional service providers
• Degreed and non-degreed candidates welcome to apply
