Cowboy Jacks Bloomington is seeking a skilled Manager to oversee operations in our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and a strong background in the food industry. Willing to train the right person. Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends.
**Duties:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise front and back of house staff.
- Oversee inventory and ordering supplies.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Proven experience in kitchen management within a hospitality setting.
