Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee our operations. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our establishment and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Manage daily operations, including food preparation, service, and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations effectively
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is preferred
- Strong culinary background with knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and delegation of tasks
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software is a plus
Skills:
- Culinary expertise and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
