Overview:Responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to Cowboy Chicken customers, while maintaining a professional store appearance, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to reflect the high standards that Cowboy Chicken has set.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
- Prepare the restaurant to be a welcoming environment for every guest.
- Greet and interact with guests.
- Answer questions and provide courteous service to customers.
- Politely engage in suggestive selling.
- Accept payment for the product and deliver the correct change.
- Inspect products for quality according to Cowboy Chicken standards.
- Restock cups, napkins, and condiments.

- Answer the telephone promptly and utilize Cowboy Chicken greeting procedures.
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
- Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past the scheduled time, if necessary.
