Working Conditions
This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California’s current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.

Desirable Qualifications
- Self-starter with proven success in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Works collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excel experience should include using formulas, functions, and creating charts and graphs.
- Experience with basic accounting.
