CA CONSERVATION CORPS is Hiring an ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST Near Sacramento, CA

Under the general direction of the Health & Safety Manager, the incumbent independently performs the more responsible, varied, and complex analytical work in the administration of the Department’s human resources and health and safety programs. Incumbent will review, analyze, process, and prepare responses to a variety of forms, documents, and correspondence. The incumbent is required to meet regulatory and internal deadlines on all assignments. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for formulating procedures, policies, and program alternatives, making recommendations on program-related issues, and advising management on the potential impacts. Must be able to analyze situations and take effective action. In addition to policy and compliance analysis, the incumbent will act as the department’s Telework Coordinator and COVID Tracking Coordinator.

Working Conditions

This position is classified as “Hybrid” and eligible for up to four days of telework per week.
Specific telework schedules may be discussed further during the interview process. Please be advised that telework designations are subject to change. Free onsite parking is available on inoffice days; convenient to public transportation.

California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building.
