This position is to be located in the Sacramento office. This recruitment may be used to fill subsequent vacancies of these positions within the next 180 days. Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM1), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) drafts and files rulemaking packages, summarizes public comments, manages stakeholder meetings, prepares reports; responds to Public Records Act requests, redacts exempt information from records, assists members of the public to locate records, prepares certificates and certified copies; Coordinates the legislative and legal division digitization project (LOCATER); Maintains production reports; Maintains the Legal Division's public facing website, remediates documents pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act for posting on the website, proofreads staff work for accuracy, grammatical correctness, and readability, and assists with guidelines, policy, procedure, and staff training.
