Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as requested
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams ) and other computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience as a personal assistant or in front desk management is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
