Scope of work:

The duties listed below are intended only asillustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of dutiesdoes not exclude them from the position.

• Monitoring and charting patient interactions including interactions with patients and their children, their families, and members of the community.
• Assisting with recreational, daily living activities, and child care activities
• Monitoring, observation and documentation of medication.
• Transporting patients and program participants as needed.
• Submit incident reports as needed.
• Ensure the living environment is safe and clean by promoting patient daily chores
• Enforce Program rules and infant/child/toddler safety rules.
• Conduct safety checks of patients and their infants regularly throughout shift.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Provide support, encouragement and guidance as needed for new moms. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safetyrules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routinereports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems anddeal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limitedstandardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Comfortable interacting withpregnant women and young children. 

Education:

• High School (required).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.
• Valid Florida Driver's License (required).

Job Type: Full-time (Non - Exempt)./. Hours are Sunday: 8am-4pm, then Monday -Thursday 4pm -12am.

Compensation: $16.00 USD per hour.
