Description - External
The Front Desk Agent provides superior guest service and maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation, as well as local information and directions for our guests. Main duties include: Checks guests in upon arrival; Checks guests out upon departure; Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements; Makes room reservations over the phone; Provides information and services to guests and visitors; Assists with luggage; Delivers essential items to guest rooms. Work shifts vary between the hours of 7am – 11pm every day of the year, including holidays.
Qualifications - External
We expect our associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. Our goal is to make each guest feel like they are a welcomed friend. We look for team players who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
