Position Summary: Coton House is seeking a creative and skilled individual to join our team. We seek a full-time Communication Specialist with strong communication, writing, graphics, design, and administrative skills to help support marketing efforts companywide. In this role, you will work with our Administrative Team to maintain the firm's day-to-day marketing responsibilities and be able to support multiple projects concurrently. You will lead our public relations and social media efforts, manage and update the Coton House website, create marketing campaigns using digital and print graphics solutions, and administrative marketing support. The ideal candidate is both organized and creative. This position will ideally suit someone self-motivated and passionate about effective communication.

Essential Functions:

• Planning, creating, and implementing content across all social media platforms. Demonstrate ability for photography, video, and editing, expertly crafting stunning on-brand content.
• Repurpose social media content for different social media platforms and blog posts. Current on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Compile monthly breakdowns of Google and Social Media Analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities.
• Work with our administrative team to ensure the brand's identity and message is communicated.
• Assist with marketing and media relations efforts.
• Lead email marketing campaigns/e-newsletters and special events.
• Assist in managing corporate websites, including site updates, creating and posting blogs, and developing dynamic SEO content using text, images, and video.
• Maintains graphic and photo files and assists in coordinating professional project photography.
• Record, edit, and share the Coton House's podcast on all platforms.
• Assists in coordinating various client and vendor outreach events, including our Coton House Social.
• Work with our real estate agents and design lead to push our mission statement of all services under one roof.
• Preparation of sales materials for the design team.
• Responsible for final proposal product: printing, binding, and delivery.
• Participates in the development of and is responsible for maintaining marketing resource materials, such as brochures, data sheets, project lists, and presentation slides.
• Coordinate with and assist other team members with other office business as needed.
• Assist with the creation and submittal of awards.

Required Skills

• Social Media experience posting to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva and strong proficiency using photo and video editing software required.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of web traffic monitoring tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience using CRM products preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain organized.
• Ability to maintain a strong focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads. Strong editing and proofreading abilities.

Required Experience

• Equivalent of bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Marketing experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or interior design industry preferred. Experience in social media posting and creating marketing materials and graphics is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,892.00 - $43,728.00 per year
