Job Description: As an Office Assistant/Lead Management Assistant, your role will involve supporting our Sales and Project Management processes. Duties include:

• Lead Management: Manage leads generated from various sources and coordinate appointments with clients.
• CEO/Owner Assistance: Support CEO and owner with scheduling, correspondence, and project tasks.
• Administrative Duties: Answer calls, respond to emails, prepare documents, and maintain files.
• Customer Service: Greet clients, address concerns, and ensure their questions are answered.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
• Project Management Assistance: Oversee project progress, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor budgets.
• Data Entry: Enter client information into the company database and follow up on leads.
• Marketing and Sales Support: Assist marketing and sales teams with materials, inquiries, and presentations.
• Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts and engage with potential clients.
• Lead Nurturing: Communicate with leads to maintain interest in our services.
• Sales Support: Provide necessary information and resources to the sales team.
• Interoffice Communication: Facilitate communication between branch and main office employees, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in construction, marketing, or sales preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Reliable transportation and local travel ability
• Passionate about teamwork and confidentiality

Pay: $22 – $32 per hour

Working Hours: Part-time, flexible hours between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, 3-4 working days per week. Minimum 4 hours per day, negotiable up to 7 hours based on availability.

Probationary Period: Two-month probationary period, with potential for a permanent position based on performance.
