• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with medical staff
• Assist medical staff with patient care tasks as needed
• Ensure wellness rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
• Answer Phones
• Triage phone calls
• Patient Now Software experience a plus

• Medical Assistant or CNA
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
