Executive/Virtual Assistant

Cory's Lawn Care is a leading residential lawn maintenance company in Reno-Sparks, committed to providing top-notch residential maintenance services to our clients. We are dedicated to being the industry leader and have a supportive team environment. We are looking for an Executive or possibly a Virtual Assistant to contribute to our administrative functions.

Position Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant at Cory's Lawn Service, you will support the owner Cory, and the General Manager Nichole with various administrative tasks. This partial virtual and in-person position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment for a company servicing 3,000 clients in the Reno/Sparks area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with meeting arrangements.
• Handle email communications and prioritize correspondence.
• Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
• Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external parties.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
• Input and manage data accurately in spreadsheets and databases.
• Conduct research and compile information as needed.
• Assisted in project management and task coordination.
• Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Respond to inquiries and assist clients or customers.
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
