Qualifications:
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Managing projects and conducting research
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Making travel and guest arrangements
• Providing quality customer service
• Working in a professional environment

• Engine/Game project is taking place in 2023 to consolidate all marketing agencies for all brands.
• Significant administrative work is required to help support demanding schedule.
• Request for one temporary worker to support project through December 2023.

Focus on somebody with Marketing and/or Purchasing experience would be a must.
