CorTech dba is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We currently are hiring for an Staffing Recruiter in Potsdam, NY.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17 /hr depending on experience

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment and on-boarding process of all new employees.
• Greeting and welcoming candidates, clients and associates either in-person or over the phone.
• Customer Service to external and internal customers
• Processing, reviewing and finalizing new hire paperwork during pre-employment activities/on-boarding or assignment changes
• Assist candidates with the completion of CorTech New Hire paperwork on the computers
• Basic interviewing of candidates
• Enter, review and complete i9 and EVerify for all new hire or rehire associates
• Review and audit all new hire files to insure accuracy and completeness in a timely manner and satisfies deployment, compliance and payroll timelines
• Assist with keeping all orders and associate files and information current and accurate in PowerRecruiter and other CorTech systems
• Calling candidates that applied
• Assist with payroll
• Schedule of interviews and orientation
• Assist with conducting orientation for new hires
• Represent CorTech at events in the market and other business functions as requested
• Feed the market business leads
