Are you up to the challenge?

As a part of a hardworking team of engineers and project managers, you'll be responsible for second stage development testing and recurring integrated test. In this role, you'll engage with the test planning and execution teams to ensure our stage-level testing supports our verification and validation plans, managing key program metrics including budget, schedule, and resources. You'll also work closely with design leads & other program managers to generate status reports, resource plans, and other key Technical Program Metrics (TPMs).

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or technical degree
• 5 years' experience leading projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective presentation abilities
• Strong analytic skills with an acute attention to detail
• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired:

• M.B.A.
• 10 years of demonstrated ability in a Production or Test Environment
• Direct experience with large aerospace development as a Cost Account Manager or Program Manager
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Lean Manufacturing Certifications
• Self-starter, strong bias for action
• Experience with Primavera (P6), MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Tableau, SQL, MySQL, Power Query, Power Pivot
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Compensation range for on site WA applicants is $115,920-$162,288
