Personnel Resources has a client that is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all tasks in a safe manner and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Receive incoming calls from customers, route manager, and sales departments, and handle each with appropriate communication and action.
• Provide customer service to call-in customers.
• Dispatch service calls as needed.
• Answer and disperse departmental phone calls.
• Log and record information onto customer accounts.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Must be computer literate (ability to utilize email, Microsoft word, Excel, and type in a quick manner.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, this includes talking on the phone to customers, typing and utilizing software tools provided at the same time.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
