Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Customer Service Associate in Dothan, AL. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse clientele and showcase your customer service skills.

Pay will range between $13.00 - $15.00 per hour and the store is open Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 5:30pm. If you work a Saturday then you will get a day off during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product-related questions
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash transactions
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally

Skills:

• Experience with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
• Excellent phone etiquette skills to provide top-notch customer service over the phone
• Prior administrative experience is preferred
