Who we are:

Corporate Hospitality is currently a rapidly growing company in the hospitality industry. We are a lodging coordination firm that primarily handles the responsibilities of apartment, hotel, and man camps for our corporate clients primarily in the oil/gas/construction sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures all receivable payments are accounted for and applied accurately, timely, and with proper authorization.
• Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation in all accounts receivable functions.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, wires, e-checks, and credit card transactions
• Manages credit card customer disputes
• Prepares monthly collections reports.
• Assists with various customer receivable adjustments and payment applications as well as financial analysis
• Perform account reconciliations
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Engages management on any AR problems encountered
• Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
• Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in Accounts Receivable with a College Degree (Required)
• Must be able to multitask and adjust to new situations quickly
• Excellent critical thinking and advanced technical skills
• Knowledge of AR, Credit, and Collections
• Use of good judgment within defined policies and practices
• Ability to interact with customers via phone, email, etc.
• Advanced skills in Excel & Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accounting and reconciliation skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented and have a positive attitude•Must have an excellent mathematical background with the ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment• Self-motivation, intelligence, and strong work ethic
