We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Regional Camp Manager to oversee the operations of Multiple camp facilities. The Regional Camp Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the camps, including financial performance, strategic planning, sales, and staff supervision. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth and success.

Position Responsibilities

• Preserve the Company’s Core Values and Mission Statement.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures (including disciplinary action, if necessary).
• Provide the highest level of customer service to on-site staff, clients and vendors.
• Inspect the properties regularly for safety hazards, property damage, and needed repairs by maintenance staff.
• Follow up on repairs to verify completion and compliance with standards, property insurance companies, and company safety policies and risk management procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive camp growth and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities, programs, and resources.
• Manage projects related to facility maintenance, improvements, and renovations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of camp operations.
• Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management
• Mentoring employees and suggesting training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per year
