About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing and expanding mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue. Your primary focus will be recruiting, engaging, activating, and delivering new shared customers with our strategic partners. The ideal candidate has a track record of building meaningful partnerships. Success will also require you to be an expert at positioning differentiated business value and differentiated capabilities to our partners.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Develop, execute and implement partner strategy & tactics with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation.
  • Cultivate, maintain and grow relationships with our partners’ sales organization to facilitate go-to-market efforts that drive revenue.
  • Accurately forecast full-funnel metrics from lead to partner-sourced bookings (for net new customers and customer relationship expansion).
  • Work with internal and external constituents to optimize messaging and offerings in existing and new markets for our partners. 

About You

  • Strong track record of growing an organization through partner relationships (minimum of 3-5 years in partner sales or business development)
  • Experience in smaller and more entrepreneurial environments; able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, evidenced by successful executive interactions, outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Willingness to build deep relationships with the team, partners, and clients
