Field Account Manager What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Field Account Manager within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while providing excellent customer service, cross selling our services, and providing technical assistance, as well as general relationship management. The Field Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service while generating income and is expected to be proactive in identifying current and future client needs. The Field Account Manager is expected to have a full and complete knowledge base on all clients and systems across all CLC products while utilizing various reports to track trends. This will be an assignment-based position reporting to the lead of that project for a given period. You will report directly to the Director of Workforce Client Services.How We WorkAs a Field Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.
