Client Services Account Manager What We NeedFLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Client Services Account Manager within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers and be responsible for maximizing business opportunities, providing premium customer care, and building long-term, trusting business relationships. This position operates within a Customer Focus Group (CFG) whose purpose is to design, implement, and manage customized hotel lodging programs for customers engaged in a variety of business verticals. You will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager.How We WorkAs a Client Services Account Manager, you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Wichita, KSCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customersOverseeing all daily activities for assigned customersExpanding and building strong, long-term relationships with primary contacts, key stakeholders and Senior Managers within each assigned customerIdentifying and nurturing growth opportunities within each assigned customer and communicating those opportunities to a managerIdentifying the customer’s objectives and challenges with respect to savings, average rate, business rules and controls, hotel coverage, process efficiency and convenience, and visibility to data (reporting)Anticipating, developing, and proposing creative solutions to satisfy the objectives and challenges of assigned customersIdentifying and resolving situations within assigned customers that could lead to attrition or inhibit growthAssisting with and participating in customer account reviewsConducting detailed customer surveys to uncover needs or issuesIdentifying and securing tax exemptions where applicableProviding constructive feedback to CLC Management about customer issues and concernsCompleting assigned monthly goalsPerforming other duties as assigned Qualifications & SkillsPreference will be given to candidates with experience with office experience or hotel front desk roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required and presentation skills are preferredSuperior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with customer contacts at all levelsProactive mindset, ability to think strategically, identify and capitalize on opportunitiesMust possess strong organizational and analytical skillsProven experience with MS Office including strong Excel is requiredStrong ability to multi-task and be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivatedAbility to work well in a team environment Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Our Company & PurposeFLEETCOR is a global leader in business payments, laser focused on developing smarter ways for businesses to pay their expenses.
