Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Lewisville, TX - Remote after 8 weeks of training
Start Date : 5 / 13 / 2024
Pay : $13.50 / hour $540 weekly pay while you train and learn the job. $15.00 / hr. once hired perm
Schedule : 10am-7pm shift, Monday through Friday and flexible to work a day shift on Saturday. Always off on Sunday. Great schedule!
Job Responsibilities :
Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound customer service calls from customers / clients who are having trouble with their garage door system or need help programming wireless devices.
Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department.
Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products.
Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email
Maintain proper documentation of customer files; will be tested on typing
Requirements :
Service oriented skills - customer service experience required
Call center experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
