Inside Sales – BDR Manager

(Remote - Inside Sales) Coretelligent’s sales team is consistently engaged with our dynamic client base. The BDR Manager will lead a team of Business Development Representatives focused on new prospects and qualifying leads for the outside sales team. The BDR Manager will be a high energy individual having experience with tools and training and will have a keen understanding of Coretelligent’s offerings and the ability to effectively communicate our value to the client.

  • Identifying daily, monthly, and annual trends and creating action plans to attain goals
  • Conducting frequent coaching sessions with BDR’s to guide them through the sales process
  • Provide ongoing coaching to BDR’s utilizing business specific tools (Salesforce.com, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reviews to ensure achievement of sales goals
  • Exemplify strong daily presence to monitor and motivate sales team towards achievement of goals
  • Monitor performance and productivity levels of the BDR’s to ensure daily achievement of goals
  • Responsible for actively building relationships with other departments and field sales organization
  • Works within budget/financial objectives to design and implement sales incentives
  • Clearly and effectively differentiate Coretelligent from the competition
  • Be an active and integral member of a dynamic team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities within an organization
  • Understand client needs and effectively translate into compelling value proposition(s)
  • Self-directed continuous improvement of sales and technical knowledge
  • Be a new business catalyst with the ability and capacity to ramp quickly
  • Uphold Coretelligent’s reputation for the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry

About You
You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to develop a professional rapport with team members and clientele at all levels (individual contributor through C-level). You excel in team environments but can also work autonomously. You are a creative problem solver with successful experience developing action plans and driving issues to resolution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where your dedication and strong time management skills can be fully utilized and appreciated.

  • Proven successful inside sales experience (3 years minimum) and supervisory experience (1 year minimum).
  • Strong ability to develop a professional rapport, overcome objections and persuade while maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor
  • Track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficient experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to advance professionally, and personally
  • Able to work with autonomy and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in the evenings
