Core One is seeking a Executive Recruiter to join our growing team!
The ideal candidate is someone looking to make immediate mission impacts and work in a startup like culture. By joining us, you will be solving some of the most interesting and challenging problems for our customers. You will work get to work daily with a growing and innovative team with extensive entrepreneurial experience. This position will offer high visibility within the company and to our customers delivering game changing solutions for mission.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle recruitment for strategic, executive, and hard to fill positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Develop robust and unique search strategies
- Develop prospects into candidates
- Build out your network of talent to create long term pipelines
Minimum Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 10 plus years of progressive experience in strategic talent acquisition
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience with MS Office
- Knowledge of industry application tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with working in a fast paced environment
- U.S. Citizen
