Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items for events, banquets, and other catering functions
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items meets company standards
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and ensure adequate supplies for each event
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute creative and innovative menus
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff during food preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff
- Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand their specific catering needs

Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food production and presentation
