Position Summary: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes as necessary. You will work with our on-call service teams to dispatch technicians for emergency service requests.
Hours: 6am to 3pm, Sunday through Thursday or 10am to 7pm, Sunday through ThursdayRequirements:
