Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
