Holiday Inn Orlando International Drive - ICON Park / Convention Center is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Orlando, FL
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to help our team answer phones and greet customers. Previous experience in a customer service environment is necessary for this position, the successful candidate will need to possess strong communication skills, have an understanding of the importance of customer service and have prior computer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about the hotel and location.
- Make hotel reservations for guests and walk them to their rooms.
- Greet guests according to hotel policy.
- Assist hotel patrons with transportation needs by calling local taxi services.
- Answer questions about the surrounding area and give directions as needed.
- Handle complaints from guests and resolve any issues they may have.
- Assist cleaning staff in keeping the front desk area neat, tidy, and free of clutter.
- Place outgoing calls on hold.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
