We are a national Brokerage Company providing 3rd party logistics services. An integral part of our service offering is coordinating Contracted Carrier services for the home delivery of large appliances and electronics to consumer homes and businesses on behalf of large "big box" retailers. We are currently contracted in the San Diego, CA market to provide top-tier experiences for one of the largest home delivery networks in the United States.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill a full-time Customer Service and Administrative (CSR) position in our San Diego, CA location. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Job Requirements:
The CSR will be primarily responsible for interacting with customers and delivery teams throughout day to resolve issues and provide support, and preparing management reports. Other duties will include, but are not limited to:

This position offers 40 hours per week and applicants must be flexible to work on weekends. Benefits offered include Paid Holidays as well as the following voluntary benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Short-term/Long-term disability.
Rate is hourly $17.00.
