Continued Care is seeking a courier/delivery driver.
Duties:
***A NEGATIVE DRUG SCREEN IS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT***
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and other relevant technology for route planning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Ability to lift heavy packages or goods, rarely exceeding 50 pounds, with proper lifting techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
