Continental Sales & Marketing is Hiring a Key Account Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Continental Sales & Marketing is a nationally recognized Manufacturer’s Representative firm entering its 51st year of business. CSM sells industry-leading hardware/home improvement/DIY products to retail, MRO distribution and e-commerce accounts. We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding candidate to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positively affect customer relationships with a portfolio of industry leading manufacturers at new and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with supplier partners by setting and executing strategic sales goals & initiatives
  • Build working relationships at all department levels within customer/supplier’s organization
  • Ability to problem solve, manage multiple projects, and apply resources when needed
  • Manage customer intranet systems & portals
  • Analyze, manipulate, and decipher market/sales/forecasting/POS data
  • Manage trade show preparation and participation
  • Knowledge of B2B sales in distribution channel a plus
  • Headquarter management/experience at HD Supply a major plus
  • 4-Year Business Degree preferred
  • 10 - 20% travel time required
  • Must be located in or surrounding areas of Atlanta, GA

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong business background in manufacturing or distribution environment. Detailed project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as on a team. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills are essential to success. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, intermediate level Excel skills required. Electrical, plumbing and lighting technical knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
