We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front House Manager with knowledge of the bar, barista and who has worked in breakfast and brunch to join our team.

**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Implement and maintain quality standards for food handling and kitchen management

- Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability

- Maintain a clean and organized environment

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in restaurant or managment

- Proficiency in kitchen management and coffee preparation

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
