Job Description: Dragonfly Wellness SLC is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our team and play a key role in the daily operations of our pharmacy. As the Assistant General Manager at Dragonfly Wellness, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our retail location. Your leadership will ensure exceptional service to our patients while maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations pertaining to medical cannabis. This position reports directly to the General Manager and assists in overseeing the staff, inventory, and overall store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations to achieve targeted financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of cannabis operations.
• Collaborate with management to meet Pharmacy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with General Manager to develop KPIs to all levels of staff and continuously measure staff performance and patient satisfaction.
• Set and achieve personal KPIs as established by upper management.
• Support the General Manager in staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Enhance patient satisfaction through excellent service and education.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stocking and ordering of cannabis products.
• Address and resolve patient issues with compassion and professionalism.
• Implement targeted marketing and sales strategies to increase patient engagement and store traffic.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a medical or recreational cannabis environment.
• Strong understanding of state and local cannabis regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
