Position Description: The owner/operator will report directly to a board of directors, working independently while establishing a new Residential Elevator Dealer/Installation company and being fully responsible for the overall performance of the new company. The successful candidate will lead all strategic and tactical aspects involved in achieving the new company’s sales and growth objectives as a preferred subcontractor for the local homebuilding market including: The owner/operator will report directly to a board of directors, working independently while establishing a new Residential Elevator Dealer/Installation company and being fully responsiblefor the overall performance of the new company. The successful candidate will lead all strategic and tactical aspects involved in achieving the new company’s sales and growth objectives as a preferred subcontractor for the local homebuilding market including:

· Building sales channels through builders, contractors, and architects

· Establishing new homeowner relationships for recurring sales opportunities in annual maintenance

· Recruiting, hiring, and training in-home technicians to install Residential Elevators & Residential and Commercial Dumbwaiters

· Leading all aspects of the dealership/distributor in sales, marketing, procurement, and finance

Situation Description: A group of investors is establishing an exclusive dealer in Salt Lake City, UT to sell, install and maintain Residential Elevators & Residential and Commercial Dumbwaiters. Training, organizational support (HR, legal, accounting) and capital investment will be provided. This is a unique opportunity to become a business owner and control your own destiny.

Geography: Candidate must reside or willing to move within the area surrounding Salt Lake City, UT to support the target market of interest. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships with homebuilders, architects and other participants in the homebuilding market.

Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance-based bonus and benefits. In addition, the successful candidate will own a meaningful portion of the new dealership/installation company and participate in cash distributions to owners.
