Need a self motivated and organized individual Familiar with Salesforce and other sales systems

Duties```
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement

```Experience```
- Proven experience in construction sales or related field
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in outside sales, including cold calling and prospecting
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer accounts
- Demonstrated ability to effectively market products and services
